Meet Dr. Najaf Khan, DMD

“My goal is to help every child feel safe, understood, and proud of their smile—with plenty of patience and laughter along the way!”
Dr. Najaf Khan is a board-eligible pediatric dentist dedicated to helping every child feel safe, understood, and proud of their smile. Guided by patience, compassion, and a little bit of laughter, she creates a dental experience that feels positive, calm, and genuinely fun for kids and families.
Originally from Northern Virginia, Dr. Khan earned her Bachelor of Science in Neuroscience from George Mason University before completing her Doctor of Dental Medicine at Rutgers School of Dental Medicine. During her time at Rutgers, she served as Vice President of her class and received the prestigious Outstanding Leadership and Service Award for her commitment to her peers and community.
She then completed a General Practice Residency at Monmouth Medical Center in New Jersey, followed by a rigorous two-year Pediatric Dentistry Residency at Boston University’s Henry M. Goldman School of Dental Medicine. There, she gained extensive hands-on experience caring for children of all ages, including infants, teens, and children with special health care needs. Her gentle approach and ability to connect with nervous patients help kids leave their appointments feeling confident and empowered.
Dr. Khan believes pediatric dentistry should be built on trust, comfort, and communication. She takes time to understand each child’s personality, easing fears while encouraging healthy habits that last a lifetime. Her goal is simple: to make every child feel valued and every family feel supported.
